Shipping Policy

Within Malaysia, order above RM500 gets FREE SHIPPING

For overseas order, shipping charges will be based on POSLAJU rates. Please click here for the rates. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges and are unable to let you know what the cost would be, as customs policies and important duties vary widely. From time to time, Tenun Klasik runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletters. Please note that shipping promotion will be applied to your order on the payment page.

  • We offer shipping to Malaysia and different countries around the world! Kindly refer to the table below for our standard shipping rates for countries we deliver to.

  • We offer free shipping to anywhere in Malaysia above 200 RM shopping.
  • Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. International delivery will take 3 – 5 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.
  • Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
  • Paid orders made before 12pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.
  • We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
  • Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to customerservice@tenunklasik.com.my. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will suggest with another items.
  • Do let us know immediately via email at customerservice@tenunklasik.com.my along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
  • Oh no! But not to worry! Send an email to customerservice@tenunklasik.com.my with your order ID and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP!
  • Your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office to you or sent back to us.
  • We truly apologize as COD is not applicable.
  • Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.
  • All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Tenun Klasik has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
